We're back home again and have had a nice evening prepping some food that we're bringing with us to Christmas dinner tomorrow - Potato Extraordinaire and Caramel Apple Cheesecake. Victor was very kind to peel a 10lbs sack of potatoes and was my official potato tester even though I didn't ask him to be. :)
The Potato Extraordinaire recipe is really simple and is always (ALWAYS) a hit (I made two batches for 16 people). Here's the recipe!
And a Merry Christmas to my loved ones n the Philippines and a Happy Christmas for my loved ones in the UK :) I hope you experienced the fullness and the great gift of Jesus that Christmas Day has to offer!
