I used to have sharp, intense pain in my back from my gallbladder attacks and though I don't get it in the same amount of intensity, it's left me with a dull ache in my upper back that I am positive my chair at work is not helping with. So rather than spend money on both, I wondered if anyone could recommend doing one or the other, and why?
I ask Vic to crack my back all the time and it helps for a little bit (and produces cracks like a Gatling gun) but after a few hours, I would feel like the air pockets in my back return and then would need another crack. He says this is not normal (and I don't think it is either, but it feels SO much better!) so I really want to get this dealt with properly.
Anyway, any insight or advice is appreciated. :)
