On Saturday the 1st, I went to the chiropractors. Coincidentally (or not? The bleed initially happened after I went to the chiro the first time around) I started bleeding again on Sunday the 2nd, but this time, it was very light and brown, which my doctor said was nothing to worry about since it was all old blood that my body was trying to get rid of.
Vic and I went to the OB GYN yesterday for the followup appointment and was able to hear the baby's heartbeat (160bpm) so doctor was happy. My blood tests also came in and she was also very happy with the results; all within normal levels. She says that sometimes the bleed just goes until it is out and many times the hematoma is reabsorbed into the body. As I was (as of yesterday) 12+4 weeks, she said my chance of miscarriage is less than 5%.
So today is Wednesday and I’m still slightly bleeding; not active and definitely all brown blood (thank you God!). I am still taking it easy when I get home and Vic has been an absolute lifesaver as he picks up all the slack at home without complaint.
That's the update so far. We are very grateful for the prayers and for God for looking after baby during this time.

Loved by the Savior. Blessed with a wonderful husband, a beautiful daughter and an adorable pup.
I love photography, singing, reading, trying new food, organizing, all things Disney and always looking forward to my next adventure. You can usually find me with a book in my hand or talking about Pentatonix. An unfortunate Amazon.com addict :)
Oh yeah, occasionally, Vic will post too. :)
